Consultation Agreement

The Reset Room – Fort Worth Based Professional Organizing

By scheduling a consultation with The Reset Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consultation Purpose

The consultation is an initial meeting to:

• Assess your space
• Discuss your organization goals
• Evaluate project scope
• Provide recommendations
• Provide an estimated cost and timeline

Consultations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Estimates & Pricing

Any pricing discussed during the consultation is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change based on:

• Size of the space
• Amount of decluttering required
• Product purchases
• Additional labor time
• Changes to project scope

Product Purchases

If organizing products (bins, containers, drawer inserts, etc.) are recommended:

• The Reset Room may purchase products on the client’s behalf
• Product costs will be billed to the client
• A sourcing/shopping fee may apply
• Unused products may be returned when possible

Scheduling & Access

The client agrees to:

• Provide access to the home at scheduled times
• Ensure utilities are on and working
• Secure pets if necessary
• Ensure a safe working environment

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the completion of each work session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal

Liability

The Reset Room will take the utmost care while working in your home. However:

• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• We are not responsible for items the client chooses to discard or donate
• The client is responsible for reviewing declutter items before removal

Photo Release (Optional – Remove if you don’t want this)

The Reset Room may take before and after photos for portfolio and marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared.

Client may opt out by notifying us in writing.

Agreement

By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Consultation Agreement.
