Service Overview

This service includes a complete assessment, decluttering, categorization, and implementation of storage solutions for garages and patios. Optional installation of client-selected storage systems or organizational products is included to ensure the space is fully optimized.

Phase 1: Consultation & Assessment

• Evaluate current garage and patio layout, storage capacity, and usage
• Identify areas of clutter, inefficiency, or safety concerns
• Discuss client lifestyle, hobbies, and storage needs
• Review or assist with selection of storage systems (shelving, cabinetry, racks, hooks, bins, or luxury organizers)
• Develop a customized organization plan

Phase 2: Decluttering & Sorting

• Remove items from shelves, cabinets, floors, and storage areas
• Sort items into categories such as:

Phase 4: Styling & Final Reset

• Ensure all storage areas are neat, functional, and visually cohesive
• Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to verify organization goals
• Provide tips for maintaining the organized system
• Optionally style patio areas for an inviting, luxury presentation
