Service Overview
Light staging is designed to make a space feel spacious, cohesive, and visually attractive without a full-scale redesign. It involves decluttering, strategic placement of existing furniture, use of select décor and accents, and minor styling adjustments to elevate the overall presentation.
Phase 1: Consultation & Assessment
- Evaluate the property or space to understand layout, natural light, and focal points
- Identify areas that require decluttering, minor styling, or rearrangement
- Discuss client goals, target audience, and desired aesthetic
- Develop a tailored light staging plan, including recommended accessories and furniture placement
Phase 2: Decluttering & Preparation
- Remove unnecessary items, personal belongings, or clutter from key spaces
- Organize essential items to create a clean and neutral backdrop
- Ensure surfaces are polished, floors are clear, and rooms appear open and inviting
Phase 3: Furniture Placement & Styling
- Reposition existing furniture to optimize flow and highlight focal points
- Add select décor accents such as pillows, throws, artwork, vases, or small decorative items
- Style shelves, tables, countertops, and other visible areas to create a cohesive look
- Enhance natural light and visual appeal with mirrors or lighting adjustments where needed

- Make minor adjustments to placement, décor, or styling as requested
- Provide guidance for maintaining staged appearance until photography, showing, or event
