Service Overview


This service covers all aspects of moving logistics, including scheduling, coordination with movers and vendors, inventory management, packing supervision, transportation oversight, and post-move setup. Our goal is to ensure that every item arrives safely, efficiently, and organized at its destination.


Phase 1: Consultation & Move Planning


  • Conduct an initial consultation to assess the scope of the move
  • Develop a customized moving plan
  • Identify high-value, fragile, oversized, or specialty items requiring special handling
  • Coordinate with the client on preferred moving companies, transportation methods, and storage needs
  • Provide a detailed inventory plan for optimal placement of items at the new location


Phase 2: Coordination of Movers & Vendors


  • Schedule and coordinate professional moving crews, storage providers, and specialty transport services
  • Provide instructions and supervision for packing, loading, and unloading
  • Manage communication between all parties to ensure seamless execution


Phase 3: Packing Oversight & Specialty Handling


  • Supervise packing services to ensure proper labeling, protection, and organization
  • Coordinate packing of fragile, valuable, or oversized items
  • Ensure safe handling and secure loading for transportation


Phase 4: Transportation Management


  • Oversee transportation logistics
  • Monitor condition of items during transit and confirm arrival schedules
  • Address any unforeseen challenges during transport to ensure on-time delivery


Phase 5: Unloading & Placement


  • Supervise unloading of all items at the destination
  • Ensure placement according to client’s floor plan or preferences
  • Oversee assembly of furniture, installation of storage systems, and setup of specialty items
  • Verify inventory and condition of all items upon arrival


Phase 6: Post-Move Support

  • Assist with unpacking and placement of remaining items, if requested
