At The Reset Room, we provide full-service packing and unpacking solutions designed to simplify moves, minimize stress, and protect your belongings. Our services combine meticulous organization, high-quality packing materials, and luxury-level attention to detail to ensure a seamless transition into or out of a home.


Service Overview


This service includes consultation, customized packing, transport-ready organization, and unpacking at the destination. Optional specialty handling is available for fragile, valuable, or oversized items, as well as setup of client-selected storage or organizational systems in the new space.


Phase 1: Consultation & Planning


  • Assess the scope of the move, including number of rooms, items, and storage needs
  • Discuss client priorities, fragile or high-value items, and packing preferences
  • Develop a customized packing and unpacking plan, including timeline and logistics
  • Provide guidance on packing materials and luxury organization solutions


Phase 2: Packing Services


  • Provide high-quality packing materials, including boxes, specialty containers, wrapping, and padding
  • Pack items room by room, ensuring careful protection of fragile or valuable items
  • Label all boxes clearly by room, category, and handling instructions
  • Organize items by type, priority, and accessibility for efficient unpacking
  • Prepare specialty crates or containers for artwork, antiques, or delicate objects


Phase 3: Transport Preparation


  • Organize packed items for safe transport (if moving between locations)
  • Ensure boxes are arranged for easy loading and unloading
  • Provide a detailed inventory of all packed items for client reference


Phase 4: Unpacking & Setup


  • Unpack boxes at the destination home in an organized, room-by-room manner
  • Place items according to client preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Assemble furniture and install storage or organizational systems, if requested
  • Organize closets, pantries, kitchens, and living spaces for immediate functionality
  • Dispose of packing materials responsibly or recycle per client request


Phase 5: Final Walkthrough & Maintenance Guidance


  • Conduct a walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide guidance for maintaining organized spaces post-move
  • Optional follow-up visits for additional organization support

  • 3 hour minumum
  • We will shop organizational products for you at no additional hourly cost. The cost of organizational products beyond printed labels will be billed to the client.
